Salted Caramel Gingerbread Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 waffles (halved & toasted)
  • 100g 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 20ml SFC Gingerbread syrup
  • 5g SFC Salted Caramel spread
  • 1tsp milk chocolate chips
  • 1tsp mini fudge pieces
  • Sprinkling of light digestive biscuit crumbs

Method:

1. Use half of the Gingerbread Syrup to flavour the yogurt and stir through

2. Take your first waffle half and top with some of the yogurt, repeating this until you have all 4 waffle halves stacked on top of each other with a layer of yogurt inbetween each

3.. Melt the Salted Caramel spread for a few seconds in the microwave and drizzle over the waffle stack

4. Next drizzle the rest of the Gingerbread syrup over 

5. Finally top with the chocolate chips, mini fudge pieces and biscuit crumbs and enjoy!

Strawberry Frumpet Stack

Ingredients:

  • 2 sprays SFC Butter Oil
  • 2 crumpets
  • 40g SFC Strawberry Jam
  • 70g strawberries
  • 1 medium egg
  • 5 drops of SFC Vanilla Cheesecake Flavour Drops
  • 15ml SFC Golden Syrup

Method:

1. Heat a frying pan on a low/medium heat using 2 sprays of spray oil

2. Beat the egg and add in the flavour drops

3. Dip each crumpet into the egg mixture, ensuring they are evenly covered and have absorbed the mixture

4. Add to the frying pan and cook for a couple of minutes each side or until golden

5. Meanwhile dice the strawberries

6. Once the crumpets are cooked, take one and spread half the jam over, then top with half the strawberries

7. Now stack the other crumpet on top and spread/drizzle the remaining jam on top and again, top with the remaining strawberries

8. Add a drizzle of Golden Syrup and enjoy!

Apple Pie Overnight Oats

 Ingredients:

  • 50g SFC Porridge Oats
  • 100ml Almond milk
  • 140g 0% fat Greek style yogurt
  • 40ml SFC Toffee Apple Syrup
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 light digestive biscuit 

Method:

1. Tip the porridge oats into a bowl, add the almond milk, the yogurt and half of the Toffee Apple Syrup and mix through until fully combined and leave covered in the fridge over night

2. In the morning, chop the apple into bite sized chunks, take a glass and add half the apple to the bottom

3. Now top with the oat mixture and add the rest of the apple on top

4. Drizzle over the rest of the Toffee Apple Syrup, crumble over the digestive biscuit and enjoy!

TOP TIP: Brush the chopped apple with a little lemon juice to avoid browning should you wish!
